The land at 2400 Webberville Rd. was only a vacant lot when purchased in 2012. After a lot of planning and hard work, it was transformed into a horizontal mixed-use project.

The project consisted of about 2,500 sq.ft. of restaurant space, and a remaining area of approximately 8,000 sq.ft. for office and retail space. In addition to this street-front commercial space were 6 free-standing residential condos approximately 1,200 sq.ft. each.

With an eye towards sustainability, the residential units included a 5-Star Austin Energy Green rating, a solar package, and bamboo floors.

With the final unit sold in 2013 it wasn’t long before our Broker had his eye on the next Access Realty project.
